Crusader Kings III: Silk & Silver is scheduled for 17 November 2026. Paradox’s announced expansion adds landless merchant families and playable republics, offering routes to power built around money and influence.
Merchant companies can trade goods and develop their reputation, while patrician families compete within republics. The announcement also describes trade posts, trade leagues and new historical bookmarks.
The suggested price is €29.99, and the expansion is included in Chapter V. It remained an upcoming expansion when checked on 5 November. We have not played it; this article summarises the publisher’s announced plans.
